It had been a life goal of mine to learn how to weight lift, but I never had the confidence, or knowledge of where to start. Then I randomly saw Samir on the gym floor training a client, and approached him at the end of the session. To my surprise, he was incredibly welcoming, and very keen on helping a noob like myself!
He’s incredibly approachable, is a good laugh and doesn’t take himself too seriously, which really helped settle my nerves!
